Serving & Recommended Use:

Lighter Cup: Use 12–18 cacao discs with 6–8 oz of hot (not boiling) water, milk, or your favorite plant-based milk. Add sweetener if desired and blend with a frother or blender until smooth.

Full Ritual Cup: For a more traditional ceremonial serving, use 20–25 cacao discs with 6 oz of hot liquid and blend until creamy.

Coffee or Tea: Add 3–6 cacao discs to your favorite coffee or tea for a rich chocolate flavor and a gentle cacao boost.
